Come and visit our two bedroom show home near the Nurses Station, behind the office.

We have three different designs and sizes to choose from, and on eight different area around the island. Starting from a two bedroom size right up to a four bedroom home for your whole family. The villas are built in our island factory in module format, and transported to the site and welded to the foundations, this method allows us to build and finish to 90% in the factory, and then transport and complete the remaining work onsite.

Using this method allows for very little disturbance for existing villa owners. The villas modules are constructed out of steel, and then timber framed inside the steel box, this creates a very strong storm proof capsule. You can purchase your home and put it into the hotel room pool and earn a great return on your investment, deciding on how many weeks you wish to use it a year yourself and then allowing us to sell the rest of the unused time for your benefit.

The amenites that will be provided for Villa Owners and Hotel Guests include:

• Quinnigans an Irish sports bar with its own brewery.
• A cafe and patisserie.
• A retail strip with shopping and services.
• A supermarket for those who prefer to cook themselves.
• A large beach club with a bar and restaurant on the main beach.
• A fine dining restaurant on the eastern beach facing Waya Island, enjoy the evening sunset, at a table jutting out over the ocean.
• Access to several other small west facing beaches, and a walk way that follows the perimiter of the island down to the main resort.
• A club house exclusively for Villa Owners
• Several new dining options on the main resort "Dua" translating to number 1 in Fijian will be our intimate beachfront Omakase Japanese dining.
• Donu will become a choose your favorite Tapas restaurant day and night, with a more Japanese lean in the evening. (Open)

• Complimentary guest transport service from the villas to all amenities, provided by electric vehicles, powered by the Fiji sunshine.
