Donu

Donu is our fantastic Japanese outdoor dining room, offering a Spanish style Tapas for lunch, and Japanese/Fijian fusion small plates for dinner. Guests sit around the open kitchen, and watch the local chefs prepare each delightful bite. We also offer several Teppanyaki tables.

Fridays only come join us for our 13 courses Omakase dinner experience, a fusion of Japanese and Fijian food showcasing the best creations of our talented chefs.

Lunch 

For lunch we offer a Spanish style selection of Tapas there is normally 16-20 plates to choose from daily, with the menu chaging every few days, and guests on our meal plan may chose two plates each, the best option is to share your plates. Additional plates are $20-$30 FJD per plate.

Dinner

A fusion of local Fijian ingredients, with Japanese technique, to create a truly unique evening dining experience, with tables and seats around our outdoor Japanese kitchen in The Cove.

Enjoy our intimate outdoor dining room, around the open kitchen. Watch the chefs prepare your Tapas plates, as you enjoy the company of good friends. Try one of our curated Japanese cocktails, or Japanese beers and premium Sakes. 

The menu includes a variety of raw and cooked seafood, salad, sashimi, nigiri, tempura, yakatori, noodles, and fijian inspired dishes. The menu is also offered gluten free.

Seating is limited, so we do suggest you book well in advance to secure your table.

This experience includes three plates per person for those on our meal plan. Plate's range in price from $20 - $50 FJD. The menu changes every two days and offers at least 16 different dishes to chose from, we recommend sharing.

Teppan Yaki

Our 16 seat Teppanyaki dining area at Donu, configured as two cooking stations with 8 seats each. We put on a show every evening Teppan style.

There will be a range of entrees available from Donu and then a selection of Teppan dinner options which will include Miso Soup, steamed rice and a japanese salad.

If you are on our meal plan you can chose one entree, and one dinner option, supplimental fees may apply for some of the dinner options.

MPORTANT

- Donu counter seating for adults and children over 8 yrs of age.

- Teppan : We offer a 6pm (families with small children) and a 7.30pm sitting for groups up to 8 people per table (just 7pm on Fridays) please be on time for your reservation.

- Please notify any allergies or dietary requirements upon booking.

-On Fridays only we will be serving our renowned Omakase experience, replacing the tapas dinner. Starting from 7pm Donu will be serving Omakase and Teppanyaki only (no tapas menu available) every Friday. Limited seats, book in advance to not miss out. 3 seating available 7pm, 7.30pm, 8pm. (no vegetarian or pescatarian options available)
